In addition to providing you with Title Insurance after searching and examining title to your Real Estate, Waterside Title acts as your closing agent. We will communicate and coordinate with all parties involved in your transaction - buyer, seller, realtors, lenders, inspectors, insurance companies, repair people, etc. We will make sure all necessary closing documents are signed, recorded when necessary, and distributed to the appropriate parties. We will also collect all closing funds and make all payments required by the closing settlement statement.
